Refunds for Tiny Slow Life can be requested within 7 days of purchase if there is no excessive use, license sharing, or policy abuse.
Refund eligibility
Before requesting a refund, contact support@tinyslowlife.com for app launch or license activation issues. We will help resolve the issue when possible. Refunds are handled through billing@tinyslowlife.com and may be limited when the license has been heavily used or shared.
